After seeing your Kingdom Hearts 2 Wallpaper and browsing through your gallery, I have to say that you ARE A SIMPLY AMAZING at creating LOVELY and BEAUTIFUL WALLPAPERS! Especially nightime ones, I really love wallpapers that show a peaceful, calm night scene with the stars and such, and you just placed me in a position where I am in total AWE! Very good work on your walls! I saved u as a friend cause I want to see more lovely pieces from you :) Cya around! LOVE YOUR STUFF!

Yeah... someone may have extracted it without crediting it anyway (shame on them). It is up to the mod, but thank you for crediting. That is mostly where my issues come in. :)

I'm also wondering if that could be a suggestion to the moderators... having a delete/edit button on the comment pages? It would make things a lot more simple!! :)

and what i forgot to say if someone was to claim my work as their own yes that would get me angry but that and this are 2 different situations i didn't steal anyones wallpaper i crated my own using just the image

Okay... let's say I take your wallpaper, shrink it down, use some brushes and textures on it, make more background, change a few colors, and then upload it. Isn't that still stealing?

coughs First of all, those are OFFICIAL art. They are sold in art books. The company makes money off of them. As do the artists.

Also, the DA 'backgrounds', and 'textures'? Those are what we call 'stock' images. The creators generally will tell you in the description, 'use these'. They own the copyright to the image/photo, but they give free reign to use them as long as you give credit or link back.

And actually, the artist who made the artwork you used said NOT to take the artwork in the description... they don't like people using it without permission. And it also doesn't matter if you said you created it or not - you said it was a 'scan', and that indicates official artwork. Not to mention you continually say you didn't know it was not official - USE YOUR EYES. That is completely different from Tetsuya Nomura's art style! The rule of thumb on Animepaper is you don't use another person's fanart without permission, and the things on Deviantart especially - those artists post for display and to get feedback, not to have their art stolen.

The last person who tried to use fanart from DA got banned because they took the art and didn't credit the artist. I KNOW where this stuff comes from. If you can't find it in the scans gallery HERE, chances are it isn't official artwork.

If you're allowed to keep the walls up, fine. If you aren't, fine. But just remember that you need to find the artist and at least credit them. Otherwise it's flat out stealing.

They should - you're essentially stealing other people's artwork without permission. That's like me taking your wallpapers and saying I was the one that made them. All your work, and someone claims it as their own. Wouldn't that make you mad?

You're latest kingdom hearts wall isn't from a scan. It's from someone else's artwork on Deviantart. Take it down or I'm reporting you.
